Updated PRAYER REQUESTS (see previous posts for additional):
(1) This weekend I will again be visiting our wounded brethren who are being treated at Craig Rehabilitation Hospital in Englewood. Please keep Max Faistenhammer (MI), Kyle Rosentreter (WY), Scott Warrington (CO), and Mike Severson (WI) in prayer.
(2) Update on little Elizabeth Jetton from retired Chattanooga PD Capt. Paul Lee:
Let me encourage each of you to constantly keep this little one in your prayers. I spoke with Officer Shelia Jetton this morning. She and Matt are preparing to fly Elizabeth to Cincinnati where a specialist can care for her. This will require a medical jet flight. Please pray that God will allow everything that goes in to getting one of these flights goes smoothly for them. Also pray that God would give the doctors in Cincinnati Children's Hospital great wisdom as they treat this special little one. Officer Jetton also expressed her deep appreciation to all her colleagues at the Chattanooga PD for all they have done and the outstanding support they have shown her. She is also extremely thankful for all the prayers of everyone and all the cops that are praying across this country.
Ladies and Gentlemen of Law Enforcement, and all others that are receiving this email, let us fall to our knees now and pray for God's will, protection, & healing for Elizabeth Jetton. (3) Pray for an officer who is testing with another agency this weekend.
(4) Pray for an officer who just recommitted his life to Christ and now needs to make some major changes in order to heal his marriage and preserve his family. Wife needs prayer as well regarding her own sin issues.
(5) Pray for an officer who is intentionally involved in multiple affairs and has turned his back on both God and his family.
(6) Pray for a number of officers who are involved with infidelity via other women, internet pornography, and related issues. Marriages are suffering and at risk.
(7) Pray for a sergeant who is being treated at the Mayo clinic and may not have much time to live (healing both spiritually and physically).
(8) Pray for an officer who is dealing with a host of potentially life and career-threatening health issues (many self-imposed).
