Patrolling the Romans Rome
This week's newsletter and Bible study/devotional -- Patrolling the "Romans Road" -- is up (click the link) and is contains a plethora of news, info, prayer requests, announcements and resources. Not the least of the latter is the Bible study itself which provides believers with an invaluable, simple tool for sharing Christ with others. As always, I write and send these out with a hope and prayer that you'll find something useful to apply to your own individual and/or group studies. Moreover, the intent is for you to share these with others and in doing so help you fulfill your Great Commission responsibilities (again, it's an urgent command from our Lord and not a suggestion).
While it is in the newsletter, I want to again ask for your prayers and fellow FCPO board member (President/Exec. Dir.) Paul Lee and I fly out to Seattle this Friday to charter the new FCPO chapter there (NW Officers of Faith) that is under the able leadership of SPD Officer Jeremy Wade. Our FCPO chapters -- both current and new -- truly need our collective prayers. Ask God to raise up true servant-leaders who understand the times and the "Code 3" sense of urgency that accompanies it. Again, it is ONLY by being in a right relationship with God in Christ that we can be saved and the sad truth is that the majority of those serving in our God-ordained profession do NOT have a saving faith (and NO, we won't be able to "badge" our way into heaven or out of hell -- Jesus is the ONLY way).
Blessings!
