Newest Prayer Requests

Updated 05/18/2012

Scroll down to previous prayer request posts for additional (As always, we encourage you to send me your prayer requests for both prayer in general and for posting here).

** From retired Chicago PD Lt. (and fellow FCPO board member) Chuck Urgo:  "Keep the Chicago PD and other supporting police departments and agencies in prayer this weekend. The NATO Summit is meeting in Chicago and the potential for violence among the demonstrations is great.  Mike Mealer from the Chicago chapter is Commander of the Intelligence Division of the CPD and has a lot on his plate for this."

** From fellow FCPO board member Paul Lee in TN:
As you may remember we have been praying for Tennessee State Trooper Sgt. Lowell Russell who was very seriously injured in a traffic accident several months ago. Sgt. Russell spent a long time in ICU then had a lengthy stay in the hospital. Praise God, he will be going home soon!  He has been wearing a halo device but it may be removed soon also. He is still on a feeding tube but is now able to eat soft foods. May God bless each and every one of you for your prayers -- but let's also continue to pray for complete recovery.

** Investigator Scott Israel from the Fayetteville (GA) FCPO Chapter writes,
Please pray for Maison De’ Ensant Orphanage in Haiti. They are relocating from Port of Prince to Gathier (another location on the island) due the structure damage from the earthquake several years ago. They have made several attempts drill a well for water at the new site and have failed. As you know, clean water is essential.   My family has supported and sponsored a child in this orphanage for about 6 years. Thanks for your prayers.

** An officer's 22 y.o. son is undergoing heart surgery -- please keep him in prayer.  UPDATE/Praise Report:  Docs found NADA -- NOTHING -- and stated that his body "somehow healed itself."  Somehow?  I KNOW how -- and WHO!  Thanks You Lord!

**  Please keep a federal officer stationed in NM in prayer ref. a plethora of work related issues that are best not mentioned here (God knows the need -- our call is to pray).

**  Pray for two more NM officers, one of whom has turned his back on God and is dealing with a host of issues, and a second officer who is in the process of relocating to TN and is seeking a position there (his wife already has a job there -- now he is seeking one for himself).

** Pray for the wife and unborn child of a Denver (CO) officer...there are complications.

** Continue to pray for me, this ministry (TCLEM, FCPO, POFCI, etc.) as seek to share Christ with the lukewarm and the lost in our God-ordained profession.
