PRAYER REQUESTS:

** Be in prayer for a colleague who is dealing with some tough marital issues and personal demons. This brother knows the Lord and is seeking hard after Him.

** From Dep. Art Briles with the Jefferson Co. S.O.:
Hey bro just talked to a fellow officer here that is a strong Christian, His 13 year old son is in renal failure and is waiting on a transplant. I told him that I would be praying for him, Could we put him on the prayer list. He son has had a long medical battle and His dad Troy is waiting on the Lord to see what he is going to do He told me that he is fine if he takes him because he knows it will be an end to the suffering but he would like to see him healed.

Speaking of JeffCo SO, be in prayer for a deputy battleing alcoholism and depression and another who is experiencing a host of financial problems (obedience, intervention, grace).

** From Dan Wolke in CA regarding his newborn grandson:
Landon was born at 6:30PM Tuesday evening approximately one month premature. Before delivery the placenta broke and Landon had organ damage. He is on a ventilator at U.C. Davis Hospital in Sacramento. They are cooling his body so that his organs don't have to work as hard. The next 2-3 days are critical for him. The doctor told us that Landon has to fight for his life and respond. He may have some brain damage.

When I left the hospital late last night Landon was critical but stable, responding to the touch of his mom and dad. He was 6 pounds 6 ounces at birth. Please pray for God's will and healing if it is His will. Please also pray for our son and daughter-in-law.

** Pray for the family and colleagues of a Carbondale PD officer who committed suicide while on duty yesterday. So very, very sad. See www.gjsentinel.com/news/articles/carbondale_cop_takes_own_life

** Pray for a colleague who was laid-off but has 2nd interviews for two positions this week (God's will, direction and provision).

** Japan: Be in prayer for both the spiritual and physical well-being of our Japanese brothers and sisters dealing with the horrific events in their country.
