Emergency Prayer Request and Praise Report
I've just received an emergency prayer request for two deputies who were injured when a DUI suspect reportedly tried to run them down. Suspect was shot and is in the hospital while the injuries to the deputies are reportedly (thank God) non-life threatening (but, as always, potentially career-ending). The deputy who fired on the suspect is on standard admin leave. Please pray for the wounded officers (spiritual and physical), that justice will be served (quality shoot investigation), and for the salvation of the suspect.
Whilst I'm at it, I also just received the following praise report/answer to prayer -- truly a miracle! Praise be to God and thanks to both our Lord and all those who prayed for this little boy:
My dear precious Saints,
I am sitting in my cube at work holding back tears of thanksgiving, joy, and gratitude. My daughter just called, Hunter completed his hearing tests and the doctors said there is nothing wrong with his hearing at all!!! I know people are always quick to say things like I knew there was nothing wrong - I am not one of those people. Two days ago his doctor was concerned Hunter could not hear. He was not and did not respond to any sound. As of yesterday evening my daughter gave me the same report, Hunter was still not responding. As of 15 minutes ago the specialist said he is fine and there is nothing wrong.
I give total credit to our great and wonderful God who heard your prayers for which I am totally grateful. So many of you sent me messages of encouragement and confidence that you were praying for Hunter and I believe God head those prayers and answered with a sound that we all can hear. From the bottom of my and his parents heart thank you all for praying for Hunter.
Now is a time of Praise and Celebration to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Please share with me one more time prayers of thanksgiving to our Great and Wonderful God who is always there.
God bless,
Paul

Finally, don't forget to watch the Tebow testimony/message during the 1st quarter of tomorrow's Super Bowl -- and pray it bears fruit.
