Cops and God's Amazing Grace
This week's Centurion Law Enforcement Ministry/FCPO-Denver newsletter and devotional went out Sunday morning to our subscribers (FREE) but here it is again. Just click on "Cops and God's Amazing Grace." News, a great devotional courtesy of fellow servant-warrior Brian Stewart, new resources, reminder/411 for next month's Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers National Conference and much more. Don't forget to pass it on!
This Thursday we'll be meeting here locally at Calvary South Denver in Littleton -- please join us if you're in the area or stay tuned for the recap in next week's newsletter.
I'll have some updates later in the week but, in the meantime, let's stay the course in Christ our Captain.
PRAYER REQUESTS
The following comes from David Greenhalgh in Canada:
This request is for prayer for health and safety for Pastor Moses Male of Kampala, Uganda. Bro. Moses is very sick and has had malaria outbreaks three times in the past 2 months complicated by a bacterial infection. This has limited his ministry function which is described below.
Moses is a "Point Man" and Uganda's leading advocate against corruption and wickedness in Uganda's pulpits. Quite specifically, he is the main advocate for hundreds of victims of sexual assault perpetrated by impostors who occupy some of the pulpits of large churches in Kampala. In this ministry capacity he has been threatened with death.
I have met this brother and thoroughly respect him and his mission! Please pray for Bro. Moses, specifically for health and safety both for himself and for his family. This is not an appeal for funds, but, should you be led by the Holy Spirit to support his ministry there is a reliable transfer mechanism in place.
In His Service,
David Greenhalgh
